The course is offered in the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information's MSc in Knowledge Management (MSc KM) programme.
KM6305 provides students with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to assessing organisational and technological readiness to implement knowledge management. This will help students to develop a KM infrastructure and architecture that is AI-ready.
Students will learn how to select and evaluate KM tools including content management, business intelligence, large language models, mind mapping and idea processors, taxonomy builders, enterprise knowledge portals, collaboration, learning systems.
